When you use Profusion tints as part of lash lifting, please note, the tinting results on lashes may not be as intense as when tints are used a a whole separate step.

    BK Lash & Skin Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the possession of the postal carrier. Please check with your local USPS office or FedEx office if you believe your package has been lost or stolen. Please note that refunds are not issued by Lash and Beauty Store on lost or stolen packages. “Any issue with your received order must be reported within 3 days of when it is shown to have been delivered. Any request for a refund must be requested within three days of package receipt and on a product that has been unopened and in resalable condition.” In order to be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be returned unopened/unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must also be in the original packaging. If the item was damaged during shipping you have 3 days from the date of confirmed delivery to notify BK Lash & Skin Boutique. Please provide photos of the packaging and the damaged product. Any notification after 3 days for any of the above mentioned situations will receive no action from BK Lash & Skin Boutique.

    Refunds (if applicable):

    Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and if a refund will be issued. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to show on your statement.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you do not see your refund within 10 days, first check your bank, credit card, PayPal, or other payment account again.

    Sale items (if applicable)
    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges (if applicable)
